I help my clients re-establish a lost connection between what they feel and how they feel it. With this insight, we can build more clarity as to how you got here, and more importantly, how we can build clear skills and establish new patterns to help you get back to what feels like you.

  • EMDR and somatic practices for trauma treatment

    We will work on building the mind/body connection; establishing connection between what you feel and how you feel it. This helps us establish somatic cues for grounding skills, which we will use alongside EMDR targeting and processing to help move trauma that feels “stuck” within you.

  • Depression and Anxiety management

    Depression and anxiety, both chronic and situational, have deep impact on how we move through our days. Together, we will build insight to triggers through history taking and daily reflections, which can help us establish authentic and effective coping strategies.

  • Relationships and boundary setting

    Relationships can be the cornerstone of our worlds; romantic, familial, platonic, or professional, all have impact on our lives. The ways we connect-and disconnect-from our people is meaningful. Our work will focus on strengthening the relationships that serve you and lift you up, and will establish needed boundaries in the relationships and spaces that do more harm than good.

  • To begin, reach out to schedule a free 15min consultation call where you can ask me any questions you have, and I can provide more clarity on my work with my clients.

  • Join me each week for our 45min session to explore feelings and patterns you want to better understand or maybe even change. Together, we will ask questions in an empathetic and curious way to gain more clarity on what serves you as well as what does not. We will build new skills, set new boundaries, and give more grace to the parts of you that need more care.

  • As our work progresses, you will be able to find more confidence in knowing what you feel and how you feel it. You will be able to communicate these feelings and their subsequent needs to those in your life. You will feel more in control of you and can start to make progress in building the life you want to live.
